KODA is the Danish collecting society for songwriters, composers and music publishers.
KODA is an agent for the members of the society, collecting fees when musical works are being performed in public, broadcasted or transmitted. KODA then pays out performing royalties. To do so, KODA makes licensing agreements with everyone susceptible to broadcast music as part of their business (TV, radio, streaming, public spaces, festivals…). KODA is a non-profit collective rights management society that administers Danish and international copyrights for music creators and music publishers.
